2023 Rates and Fees
The lodging fee is per room/family per night and the programming fee is per person for the entire program. You must pay both fees. The program fee covers all food, programming, fun, cheesecake, etc. The lodging fee, which is per room/family per night, covers a three night stay beginning on May 25, 2023.
Program/Food Fees- 2023 Rates
Adults: $90
Children 3-12: $60
Children 0-2: $25
* Any child that attends Camp Matantora or childcare must be registered in advance.
There will be no onsite registration for children in the childcare program and drop-in will not be permitted.
Lodging Fees- 2023 Rates per night
Private Hotel Room: $115 / $140
Cabin / non-attached shared bath-house: $65 (max capacity 4 people)
Platform Tent with twin beds and bunks / non-attached Shared Bath-house: $60 (each tent is private, and can accommodate 1 family - up to 16 people. Shared tents available upon request only)

Prices above are per space per night. Please note that all guests are required to leave their rooms in good condition, lightly swept with trash removed. The Shavuaton will run from 4:00pm on Thursday, May 25th through breakfast on Sunday, May 28th. You will make your selection for your exact accommodation as part of your registration.

Cancellation Policy: We really, really would rather you not cancel because we want you to join us at the Shavuaton! But we know that sometimes life is unexpected. Full program refunds are available to those who cancel on or before 4/25. If you cancel between 4/26 and 5/3, you can receive a 25% refund. No refunds are possible after 5/4.
